1. Acceptance of Terms
By using PropSlick, you agree to these terms.
2. PropSlick is an Advertising Platform (Not a Broker)
PropSlick displays user-created property listings. PropSlick is not a licensed real estate broker, agent, or property manager in any state and does not represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. All transactions are between users directly.
3. Section 230 Notice
PropSlick is protected by Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. 230) with respect to user-generated content. PropSlick is not liable for the content of listings posted by users. PropSlick operates a Fair Housing keyword filter and reserves the right to remove listings that violate the Fair Housing Act or our content policies.
4. Fair Housing Policy
Users must not post listings that discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or any other protected class. Violations may result in immediate listing removal and account termination.
5. Listing Rules
All listed properties must be real properties that the lister has the right to sell or rent. No fake, scam, or unauthorized listings.
6. Prohibited Content
No timeshares, MLM products, or non-real-estate content. No illegal content.
7. Affiliate Disclosure
Certain links on PropSlick are affiliate links. See the Affiliate Disclosure on our About page.
8. Accuracy of Market Data
Market data is sourced from third parties (Zillow, Redfin, HUD, FEMA, Walk Score, GreatSchools, MarketTimeline) for informational purposes only. We make no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Verify all data independently.
9. Limitation of Liability
PropSlick's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user to PropSlick in the 12 months preceding the claim, not to exceed $100.
10. Disputes
Governed by the laws of the state in which PropSlick is organized. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
