What We Do
PropSlick is a classified advertising platform for US real estate. It serves homeowners who want to sell without paying a 5-6% agent commission (For Sale By Owner) and landlords who want to advertise their rental units directly to tenants.
Unlike MLS platforms and brokerage portals, PropSlick does not represent buyers or sellers. It is a communication platform, not a real estate service. Listing is free. PropSlick earns through optional featured upgrades, listing bumps, and affiliate relationships.
PropSlick believes buyers and sellers deserve the same market data that agents and investors use. Every PropSlick listing includes real government data: the official FEMA flood zone designation, the HUD Fair Market Rent benchmark for rentals, the Walk Score for the address, and a link to the full property history on MarketTimeline.com.
