PropSlick.com ("PropSlick", "we") operates a US real estate classified advertising platform. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email, password (stored only as a bcrypt hash, never plain text), phone number, profile photo.
Listing information: property address, description, photos, and price.
Usage data: pages viewed, searches performed, listings saved.
Cookies and session data for authentication.
IP addresses, stored only as a one-way hash, never in plain text.
Payment information: we do not store full payment card numbers. PayPal processes all payments and handles PCI compliance.

3. How We Use Your Information

To operate the listing marketplace.
To send transactional emails (inquiry notifications, listing confirmations, expiry warnings).
To send saved-search alerts (only when opted in).
To improve the platform.
To comply with the Fair Housing Act and other legal obligations.

4. Information We Share

With sellers/landlords: when you submit an inquiry, your name, email, and message are shared with the property owner.
With agents: when you contact an agent profile, your contact information is shared with that agent.
Affiliate links may share your visit with those services. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies unless AdSense is enabled after approval.

6. Data Retention

Active accounts and listings are retained until you request deletion. Deleted accounts are anonymized to preserve listing history integrity. Email queue records are purged after 90 days; listing view logs after 180 days.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account (see Delete My Account in your dashboard) by emailing support@propslick.com.

8. Children's Privacy

PropSlick does not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

We will post changes on this page with a new date.
